Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces take 7–9 weeks from order confirmation. We'll keep you updated throughout and confirm your delivery date in advance.

Do you deliver outside London?

We deliver and assemble free of charge within 55 miles of our High Barnet showroom for orders over £750. For deliveries further afield, please contact us for a quote.

Do you offer assembly?

Yes — our own team delivers and fully assembles every order. We don't use third-party couriers for furniture deliveries. Your pieces arrive built, positioned, and ready to use.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is placed you'll receive confirmation, and we'll contact you to schedule delivery. For updates at any time, contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

Products & Bespoke

Can I customise colours and fabrics?

Yes. Most of our range is available in your choice of fabric and colour. Visit our showroom to see the full fabric library in person, or read more about bespoke options.

Can I order a non-standard size?

In most cases, yes. We can modify sizes on sofas, beds and some furniture. Contact us with your measurements and we'll confirm what's possible and provide a quote.

Are your products suitable for pets and children?

Many of our fabrics are treated and easy to clean. Ask us about stain-resistant and pet-friendly fabric options when ordering.

What warranty do products come with?

All furniture carries a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Mattresses carry their own manufacturer warranty. Contact us if you have any concerns after delivery.

Finance & Payment

Do you offer finance?

Yes — we offer 0% interest-free finance on orders over £500. Read more about our finance options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and interest-free finance. A deposit is required to confirm made-to-order items.

Where is your showroom?

We're at 11E High Street, High Barnet, London EN5 5UJ. Open Monday–Saturday 10:00–18:00, Sunday by appointment, Bank Holidays 11:00–17:00. Get directions →

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment needed Monday to Saturday — just come in. Sunday visits are by appointment; contact us to arrange.

Can I see bespoke fabric samples in the showroom?

Yes — we have our full fabric library in the showroom. We recommend visiting in person before placing a bespoke order so you can see and feel the options.
