  • We may modify or discontinue products or services at any time without liability.

5. Products

  • Images are for illustration only. Colours and textures may vary in reality. Customers are encouraged to visit our showroom for samples.

  • Availability is subject to stock. We will contact you if an item is unavailable.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

6. Orders & Delivery

  • In-stock items: typically delivered within 5–7 working days.

  • Delivery & installation charges apply unless otherwise agreed, and are clearly shown on invoices.
  • Once a delivery is booked, 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule. Short-notice cancellations will incur a fee of £65–£195, depending on address complexity and notice period.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

8. Delivery Policy

  • Free delivery & installation is provided on orders over £750 within 55 miles of our store.
  • Delivery includes placement and optional assembly (if purchased). Packaging removal is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
  • Customers must ensure safe access to the property and adequate space for the furniture. Non-fit issues due to limited access or incorrect measurements do not entitle customers to returns on made-to-order or bespoke goods.
  • Confirmed delivery dates may only be changed with 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide access may incur additional delivery charges.
  • Delivery dates may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers are advised not to dispose of old furniture until delivery is confirmed.

  • Sofa frames and bed structures carry a 5-year warranty.
  • The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.
