Delivery & Assembly
We offer a free delivery & installation service on purchases over £750, within 55 miles of our store. Delivery is calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
In-stock items are typically delivered within 5–7 working days. You can find current in-stock products in our Quick Delivery section.
Made-to-order and bespoke items are typically produced and delivered within 7–9 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout and confirm your delivery date in advance.
Our Delivery Service
If the assembly service is added, our expert delivery team will deliver and install your furniture to any floor or room you request. Please contact us for delivery & assembly service details.
On the Day of Delivery
Please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room the furniture is going into, and that the area where you want the furniture placed is cleared. If installation is included in your order, our team will unpack your furniture and install it in the room of your choice.
Our team can help place packaging in your recycling bin, but we are not able to take packaging away. If you would like us to remove an old piece of furniture, we charge according to the material, size, and weight of the item. To ensure you are completely satisfied, the delivery team will ask you to sign the delivery note once installation is complete.
For deliveries outside England, the installation service may not be available. Please contact us for more details.
Rescheduling & Access
Confirmed delivery dates cannot be changed without notifying us at least 48 hours before the delivery date. If we are unable to gain access on the confirmed delivery date, additional delivery charges may apply.
In the unlikely event that we need to change or amend a confirmed delivery date, we will inform you. We therefore recommend keeping your old furniture until you receive delivery confirmation by call or text from our delivery team.
Sizes & Access
All sizes quoted are 99% accurate. Size and product descriptions are given in good faith based on our manufacturer's information. We recommend allowing an extra 10cm in the space where you want the furniture delivered.
We cannot know whether your order will fit in your home. A non-fitting made-to-order or bespoke item, due to limited access or incorrectly measured spaces, does not give you the right to return or cancel the order.
